This allows you to have the best legal representation regardless of income or ability to pay. Because our attorney fee is contingent on the amount of settlement or verdict obtained, we will pursue your case vigorously.
Every case involves costs. Costs are “out-of-pocket” expenses incurred for your case, and may include such things as court filing fees, deposition costs, hiring of expert witnesses, and charges for copies of medical records. Costs are only reimbursed to Hensley | Chalfant, P.A. if a recovery is made on your behalf. In the event there is no financial recovery for your case, you will not owe us for any attorney fee or costs spent to investigate and pursue your case.
